The first member of the Syfolink Group was founded in 1998 under the name Syfolink (Asia Pacific) Limited, specializing in providing I.T. solutions, e-commerce platform and gateway integration. Ten years later, Syfolink Innotech Limited is established as a continuity of the Syfolink expertise and technology, and is a Microsoft Gold Certified partner in ISV/ Software Solutions.
 

Apart from the foundation of system integration, developing applications and customizing solutions for enterprises from various fields, since 2005, Syfolink Innotech has launched platforms and gateway products under self owned brands namely — Zeta, Zodiac and Foxtern of which are suites of products built on Microsoft SharePoint technology platforms, self-developed engines and focusing in markets other than Hong Kong respectively. In July 2009, as benefited from the experience of building various document management systems in the past years, Syfolink Innotech further launched the product SyfoDOC of which is a powerful server-end application in handling e-documents. In April 2010, Syfolink Innotech launched the very first user-end product SyfoLOCK to equip computer users with a data encryption tool for protecting their valuable digital contents.
 

These suites of products are not only Business Process Management/ Workflow oriented solutions readily applicable in a wide spectrum of industries, ranging from trading and finance to retail, logistic and manufacturing industries, in line with its tailor-made functions for human resource management, document sharing, enterprise portal, collaboration tool, etc., but also cover areas of other business operations such as document management, architectural designs, system of being hospitable, data protection and unified communications.  With different entry levels, these solutions cater big corporations as well as the small and medium enterprises for their robust business growth with core values include boosting productivity, reducing operation costs and providing sound business data analysis. Our open-ended platforms can either work alone independently to serve a particular purpose; integrate with other systems or among each other within the company’s products to form scalable systems.
 

In recent years, to cope with the market demand and customer wants, Syfolink Innotech has further enhanced its services by providing Software as a Service (SaaS) to equip those organizations who need online applications services rather than setting up their own domestic systems.  Striving to provide superior business solutions as well as integrated technology platform, Syfolink Innotech has received wide recognition for its excellence in service of which can be supported by the size of customer reference.

 

Beyond Hong Kong

Syfolink established our Malaysian office at Kuala Lumpur (KL) in 2002 and Taiwan office at Taipei in 2004. The KL office serves as the core base for the region of South East Asia and together with the Taipei office provide technical support and after sales services for our customers in the region.


Early 2006, Syfolink established our first offshore Software Development Base in Shanghai for the dual purposes of sharing the workload in the Hong Kong head office as well as providing technical support services for customers in Eastern China; and in March of 2010, we established our second offshore base in Jiangmen functioning the same as that in Shanghai, but serves the market in Southern China.
