At the first quarter of 2008, Syfolink Innotech and Microsoft Hong Kong jointly organized the ”Light Up Your Business with SharePoint technologies” Seminar on 3 March, 2008. The main objective of the event was to help customers from various industries to plan ahead and visualize how SharePoint technologies can help with their business growth and development.
In addition to the SharePoint functionalities, the live demonstration also extraordinarily included front-end systems such as PABX, IVR and IP phone elements and integrated them with the back-end powerful portal with a CRM Console, creating an insurmountable total solution.
The event was made even more special with the official launching of Zeta – a new line of 35 readily serviceable solution products developed by Syfolink. All these Zeta modules are built on Microsoft SharePoint technologies, catering different work units and thus categorized into six main series, namely Sales & Marketing, General Management, HR Management, Accounting Management, Administrative Management and Industrial Management.
