YGL was invited by OGCIO as 1 of 7 solution providers to join “Exhibition on Complaints Handling Software” in Information Technology Solution Centre on 30 Oct and 2 Nov 2009. Being the solution partner of YGL, Syfolink joined and showed the demonstration of CMTF’s Case Management software. Over 600 participants from 54 different Government departments attended.
